FOXY LADIES RUG HOOKING GUILD

Founded in September 1999, we are a guild of about 15 members (and growing) dedicated to the craft of rug hooking. We meet monthly at historic Beau Bien Tavern at Lisle Station Park, Lisle, Illinois, on the fourth Saturday of each month except December, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (bring a bag lunch).

Guests and prospective members are welcome to our monthly hook-ins where we work on individual projects and share ideas and information about our craft in a casual and supportive atmosphere. All levels from beginners to the most experienced rug hookers are welcomed.

We are a chapter of the Association of Traditional Hooking Artists (ATHA).

THE FIREHOUSE HOOKERS

The Firehouse Hookers get together the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month from September through June. We meet upstairs at the Black Point Fire Hall on Highway #3 in Black Point, Nova Scotia from 11:00am-3:00pm. Bring your lunch, your hooking project and a $2 donation for the Fire Dept. Beginners and people who want to learn or just see how it's done are most welcome to drop by.

BURLINGTON HOOKING CRAFT GUILD

Meets the first Tuesday of each month (except July and August) from 7:30pm to 10:00pm. Informal Hook-ins every Tuesday from 7:30pm to10:00pm and Thursday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
