Hooked and Designed by Jane Olson
Featured in January 2000 Rugger's Roundtable Exotica in an intricately designed rug pattern designed for an advanced rug hooker. The picture frame border was inspired by one featured in a magazine. Of course, many changes had to be made to simplify the design for rug hooking. This exotic frame is enhanced by my originally designed center consisting of several bulb flowers.

The frame is mostly made up of leaf designs. The colors for the frame are dark yet soft mahongany, blue. gold and green. The colors are repeated in the flower arrangement of the pattern center.
