For used books, there is a great store in Portland--that I think is still there--huge used book store. I have only been there one time but saw a diversity of books over several floors so it is one place that I think might be able to find your book: Powell's 1-880-878-7323
For new books, The Tattered Cover in Denver is great. They had a book mentioned here last week for the same prize as Amazon. I don't have the 800 # but their local number is 300-322-7727. Good luck!
