Hi, I too have searched in many different places for the latex backing liquid. So far, it has only been available through "Rumplestiltskin's" in Portland, Or. Their address and ordering info is on the suppliers page of www.rughookersnetwork.com. Please let me know if you find out about a substance that is more readily available.
