I've found the $150 pricetag on a new cutter utterly heart-stopping. Has anybody tried the cutter shown below, which they call a "slitter" and is really inexpensive and substantially more appealing for those of us who aren't ready to make the commitment to a Rigby yet? Seems that it works on a slicing-(or pulling-) through motion rather than the rotary action of the more expensive ones. I'd appreciate your feedback.
