HOOKING WORKSHOPS

TEACHER'S SHOWCASE PARTICIPATION FORM

If you are a Teacher, and are interested in submitting one hooked project designed and hooked by yourself (if designed by someone else, please give credit), please read the following.

1) Simply mail a picture of your hooked piece, and a SASE for return of photo.
2) A write-up (optional) about your teaching experience and/or hooking experience, and about the project submitted (please limit to 4 paragraphs).
3) Include a check for $7.00 for scanning and programming fee.

*Your project will be online for approximately 6 months. This forum is not for commercial purposes. Please do not submit patterns or information regarding kits / patterns for sale.
