"Warriors"
Hooked by
Mrs. Mary E. Bruland
The original was painted by a young Navajo artist, and was published in "Arizona Highways" magazine a number of years ago.
While living in Lima, Peru in the early 1940's, I became interested in the primitive art of the Incas and contemporary civilizations, and have hooked many wall hangings with the native designs.
This hanging is now in the main entrance of our son's home in Stirling, a suburb of Adelaide, Australia.
